'Tis the season of tinsel and trees,
For us lovely Wirral employees.
And if we all found,
We could spare a few pound,
We could help those poor folks in a squeeze. (Please!)

So whatever your stance or belief,
We all have felt worry and grief.
A quick click to give money,
Will fill rumbly tummies,
And provide some festive relief!

So Christmas '21 now draws near,
In what’s been another tough year.
Working as-one as a Borough,
Firm, gutsy and thorough,
So let's all spread much festive cheer!

Now let’s welcome a new and fresh year,
And after the festive cheer,
Those of us who feel muddled,
Because our weight’s doubled,
Let’s lay off the ginger beer!
