Yorkshire Marathon 2025

Why? Why not... as I embark on what was never in reach, until I chose that it could be! 

I couldn't think of a more worthy small local Charity, who rely on local communities and businesses to support people to keep doing what they enjoy, to make friends and to have fun in a supportive environment, whether they are concerned about their memory, have a diagnosis of Dementia or supporting someone to live well after diagnosis. 

So here, In the words of (Bill Bowerman), as I take on the Yorkshire Marathon "The real purpose of running isn't to win a race, it's to test the limits of the human heart"❤️....where I look forward to to supporting a small North Yorkshire and York Charity in the process!

So all I'm asking, if you are able, is to offer a small donation to Dementia Forward  supporting their services available to family's in our community....for today, tomorrow and in the future 🙏🥇
