About us
east to west exist to bring hope to young lives. Working in partnership with local schools and the NHS we support children, young people and their families through well-being and mental health issues, helping them to build the skills and resilience they need to not simply survive, but begin to thrive.

Thank you for taking the time to consider supporting the work of east to west. east to west exist to bring hope to young lives, supporting their wellbeing and mental health needs. Working across Surrey, Hampshire, Windsor and west London, we place the young people we support at the heart of all we do.
A one off donation of £15 provides a young person with a safe space to have a 1:1 session with one of our dedicated team of Relational Support Workers. Any donation will be used to support the face to face work of our team across schools, hospitals and GP surgeries.
