The Evergreen Care Trust is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable and elderly members of the community. The trust provides a range of services aimed at promoting independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion for older adults.

Stepping for Evergreen Care Trust

We're asking our Evergreen Care Trust supporters to complete total of 2005 steps a day over 62 days, this July & August in celebration of the year the trust was established.
Help us to raise £5000 to pay for 7 voluntary led services such as befriending/lunch clubs/dementia cafes/advocacy/hospital to home service.
