We're excited to be organising and taking part in our first in-house challenge event as we head to the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. On Saturday 30 September, Team KMSTC will be climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, all in all around 26.2 miles.
We're aiming to raise £5,000 to go towards improving the quality of life of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other long term health conditions who use our Centre in Canterbury. We provide a range of non-invasive therapies, classes, exercise, specialist clinics and information sessions.
