Heidi Coleman are raising money for Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre
Three generations of our family, each who love the outdoors and the mountains, are teaming up to take on the challenge of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. This is the first time that we have taken on a challenge together which will make it even more special for each of us. We have chosen to support the Kent MS Therapy Centre, Canterbury - one that Heidi proudly works for and Jess and John volunteer at. Please support us and in doing so help support those living with MS and other conditions.
Since joining the Kent MS Therapy Centre in December 2021 Heidi has been truly touched by what a wonderful place the Centre is (and both Jess and John have learnt a lot about). Filled with love, hope and so many inspiring people, coupled with the fantastic therapies that it provides for people living with MS and other conditions in Kent, it is a safe and peaceful haven for many people. The Charity aims to improve the quality of life for people with Multiple Sclerosis by providing a range of services which help people to manage & alleviate their symptoms. The Centre also provides support for carers and families. Although MS is not a terminal illness there is no cure and it has the potential to be highly disabling, affecting people's work, family life and independence. However, the condition can be well managed with proper medical treatment and care, alongside services such as those provided by our charity - allied and complementary therapies, practical and moral support. We currently have more than 600 members who directly benefit from the Centre's activities.
