Rosie and Jack are raising money for Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre
On Saturday 30 September, we will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough - just over 26 miles - in order to raise money for the Kent MS Therapy Centre.
The KMSTC is an independent charity based in Canterbury which aims to improve the quality of life of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other long term health conditions. They provide a range of non-invasive therapies, classes, exercise, specialist clinics and information sessions. Their activities help people to alleviate symptoms, manage their condition, improve and sustain their physical and mental health and wellbeing. The Centre has an oxygen therapy tank, a hydrotherapy pool, a gym with bespoke equipment for those with a limited range of mobility, a physiotherapy room, as well as numerous treatment rooms for complementary therapies.
The Centre is here to support anyone affected by MS or other long term health conditions such as ME/CFS, stroke, fibromyalgia, cancer and diabetes - together with their family members, carers or friends.
We would be so grateful for any donations to support this fantastic cause and help the KMSTC to continue doing the amazing work that they do!
Thank you for all your support, and wish us luck!!
