I heard about the Dig-it initiative to build a garden for local people living with dementia and Parkinson's disease at the SU AGM. This is a project close to my heart as my Dad died in 2023 having suffered with dementia and Parkinson's for a number of years. He loved his garden, it gave him so much enjoyment. I hope your garden will provide others with as much.
