Quiz Night at GDA

Location: GDA

Event date:

🎉 GDA Quiz Night – Celebrating Sign Language Week 🎉

Join us for a fun, inclusive Quiz Night as we celebrate Sign Language Week together!
This isn’t just about testing your general knowledge (although there will definitely be some head-scratchers). It’s about coming together as a community, celebrating British Sign Language, and recognising the power of communication, connection, and inclusion.

Expect:
• A relaxed, welcoming quiz night
• A mix of general knowledge, fun rounds, and a few surprises
• A chance to celebrate BSL and Deaf culture in a social setting
• Plenty of laughs, teamwork, and friendly competition

This is a bring-your-own event, so feel free to bring your favourite drinks and snacks to enjoy at your table while you quiz!

Whether you’re fluent in BSL, learning, curious, or just up for a good night out, everyone is welcome. No prior signing knowledge needed — just bring yourself, your team (or come solo), your refreshments, and your sense of humour.

All funds raised will support Gloucestershire Deaf Association, helping us continue our work supporting Deaf and hard of hearing people across our community.

Come for the quiz.

Stay for the connection.

Leave having supported something that really matters.

Entry includes one raffle ticket — and if you’re feeling lucky, you’ll be able to boost your chances by purchasing additional tickets on the night!
