* Young women aged 13-21, who are homeless, pregnant, young parents or refugee and asylum seekers (Stopover supported housing, outreach, mentoring and refugee integration projects).
* Young people, aged 13-25, who are marginalised, vulnerable and disengaged from training or employment or are homeless. (Young People’s Centre & Open Door).
* Older people who are housebound, less mobile or alone (Adur Learning Exchange, St John’s Centre & the Brunswick Older People’s Project, Dingemans Centre and Help at Home)
* People with Learning disabilities. (Impact Advocacy Services)
* Children & Families from deprived neighbourhoods. (Whitehawk After School Project)
Our projects and services support over 4,000 vulnerable people each year to feel part of their community and to be able to support themselves.
