Mini’s Village Foundation (MVF) is a UK-registered charitable organisation dedicated to transforming healthcare access and improving community well-being in Sierra Leone and other underserved regions. Our mission focuses on tackling some of the most pressing public health challenges — including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, and preventable maternal and child deaths.
MVF works to ensure that every individual, regardless of background, gender, or geography, has access to safe, sustainable, and quality healthcare.
What We Do
✅ Strengthen Health Systems
We provide essential medical services, diagnostics, and preventive health screening — especially in hard-to-reach areas.
✅ Combat Infectious Diseases
Through awareness, screening, treatment linkage, and stigma-reduction programmes for HIV, Hepatitis B, and TB.
✅ Empower Communities
We deliver education and advocacy to improve health literacy and protect vulnerable populations.
✅ Infrastructure for Health
We are developing modern healthcare centres — including our flagship Lungi Clinic — powered through renewable energy for sustainability and continuity of care.
✅ Partnership & Capacity Building
We work side-by-side with local ministries, healthcare providers, universities, and international donors.
Our Vision
A world where every person has the opportunity to live healthy, dignified, and productive lives — supported by accessible healthcare systems that leave no one behind.

Current Flagship Project
We are renovating and equipping the Lungi Healthcare Centre, which will serve thousands across nearby villages with:
Infectious disease services (HIV, HBV, TB)
Antenatal and child health support
Emergency and primary care services
Screening, health education and referral pathways
All supported by a proposed solar power installation to guarantee 24/7 service delivery.
