Join us for our online community support sessions…free, safe space and full of wonderful people coming together who can relate to anything you have to share.
Our online support sessions are entirely free, join us via zoom for an hour with a cup of tea – come as you are, cameras on or off it’s up to you. Come for a laugh, share your news, ask questions relating to navigating any part of your health journey for community advice. No individual medical advice given, but signposting and general guidance can be provided.
Anyone, any diagnosis. Even if you are a friend, relative or carer – we have a wonderful community and these are brilliant sessions for making friends, having a chat and realising you’re not alone.
