Our online community support group programme.
This is the launch of our online community support groups and we are hoping to see as many OG Voices as well as new visitors as we share what MAS is about and launch our online support groups.
1pm - online zoom. Camera on, camera off - it's up to you! If you're keen to see what we are about, be part of the community or simply get support - come along.
Why 1pm? This is a support session, and so much like a counsellor appointment or therapist, it is ok to ask your employer to have time for this to support your wellbeing.
Join with a community of people who can relate, to find support and strength.
