West Pier Trust is fundraising to restore an original 1866 kiosk which was rescued from the pier in the 1990s. It was one of six identical kiosks that adorned the pier when it opened. Made of cast iron, it is currently dismantled and in storage. Once restored and reinstated it will be the oldest original pier building in the world.
