Joan Hughes (nee Owen) was born in Wappenshall 1934. We sadly lost mom this year. Mom and Dad always kept a look out for news on how the work was progressing at Wappenshall. Unfortunately mom and dad did not have the opportunity to visit. We as a family thought it would be fitting to donate moms funeral donation to the charity.
