100 Miles for Basildon Mind

Myself and Mark have taken on the challenge of walking 100 miles over the month of January to raise vital funds for Basildon Mind.

Basildon Mind was set up over 40 years ago and became a registered charity within the voluntary sector. Since that time, they have been helping people who experience mental distress to be empowered to gain a better quality of life.

As you can imagine, the current situation has increased the need for mental health charities. With other avenues of income being halted, we want to help.

Should we need to isolate (fingers crossed that we don't) then the end date for our challenge may have to be extended. We will of course let you know.
