100 miles in August

Hi my 5 children and I are taking on the challenge to walk 100 miles throughout the month of August, to raise money for Autism Berkshire. 

Having a reason to push ourselves and be active everyday throughout the holidays is very important and will help to build a routine and structure into our days, which is especially important to my son with ASD.

My autistic son, 8, wanted to raise money to help others and is fully focused on this task and as a family we are going to support him and raise as much as we can together.

Autism Berkshire is especially important  to us, as they provide crucial support and guidance to my son and his school and enable him to access the best education possible in a mainstream school.
