100 Miles in May for Melanoma Focus and SKCIN

In September last year, I was diagnosed with stage 3/4 melanoma after having what we thought were some cysts removed.
Naturally, this was a bit of a shock, especially as I'm not a huge fan of sitting about in the sun.
During this time, the Melanoma Focus website was an incredibly helpful source of clear, reliable information on staging, treatment options, and what came next. It made a difficult situation a little easier to navigate.
After completing immunotherapy in December, I’m very grateful that my most recent scans are showing no sign of cancer.
This May, I’m taking on the “100 Miles in May” challenge to raise money for Melanoma Focus and SKCIN, so they can continue their vital work—raising awareness of melanoma and supporting people going through it.
