Running for 1,000 (S)miles

The Cornerstone charity supports fullness of life and particularly supports people who are struggling with poor mental health, short term and longer term. This is particularly challenging in a post-Covid period,
1,000 smiles aims to raise money to support the charity and to bring joy to Lancaster. All proceeds will support the charitable work of The Cornerstone in the Greaves and in the City Centre. Phil will attempt to run 1,000 miles during 2021 - EDIT - during this challenge Phil became seriously ill and was unable to run for 4 months, however during those 4 months he "powerwalked" 179 miles in order to keep this challenge on track (powerwalk mileage added Nov 21) - you can follow him on Strava or via this page.
