Dal is raising money for Asthma and Lung UK
My story
Join the 8th Wigan Boys' Brigade and myself in raising money for Asthma UK. The boys will be taking part in the Kick Asthma Marathon covering the distance 26 miles over a number of walking sessions. Throughout the coming year we will be making and selling flapjacks giving you plenty of opportunity to contribute.
Also I have decided to run the first Liverpool Marathon 9th October 2011. It has been 10 years since my last attempt so it should be interesting to say the least.
