My story
After 6 months of walking and following the Couch to 5K training plan, I am taking part in the Aberdeen 5K Santa Run on Sunday 15th December 2019 together with a group of friends and colleagues. Any spare change you may be able to donate will be gratefully recieved and shared among my chosen charities.
