My story
I am the Farm Manager at Aldermoor Community Farm, which is a project of Alder Trust.
I work full time, but am only paid for 2 days per week. We have a target to increase my paid hours to 4 days per week from the end of October.
If we raise £1,000 by the end of September it will be doubled.

I am absolutely staggered that we made the goal for matched funding on the first day of the appeal. Thank you to everyone who has helped - every expression of support means so much to me personally and to the rest of the team here.
Now we can go for our next target. If we get to £2858 we will have covered the first 6 months of extra salaries.
