Adam’s Manchester Half Marathon Quest

Eh up! Adam here.

As most of you know I’m not a runner, in fact I’m not into anything athletic really apart from football and at 42 and I’m past my best at that! Ask anyone who still plays with me!

Anyway….On October 13th I am going to attempt to run the Manchester Half Marathon (21km or 13 miles) THIS IS NOW ONLY 4 WEEKS AWAY 👀🤮

I’ve only ever ran this distance once before and that was during covid when I was slightly slimmer and needed to get out of the house!

So…..I need your help! I’m raising money for an amazing cause, one that is close to a lot of your hearts. I’m running on behalf of The Ricky Casey Trust.

I never really knew KC but I know a lot of you who did and his memory lives on in the amazing work that the trust and his family and friends do in his name. I’m told that he was a top man and true fighter so I will be hoping to channel some of his energy on the day!

So chuck in a couple of quid and see if you can help me reach my target and help to continue the amazing work that The Ricky Casey Trust do.
