My story
On the 28th, 29th & 30th June 2019, myself and work collegues will be attempting to climb the national 3 peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, Snowdon)
From experience, three peaks in three days is very different to the 24-hour challenge. Reaching the summits over three days places demands on the mind and body in a different way.
The team is training hard. however they wil still have to endure the physical and mental challenges of having to get out of bed each day, knowing they have another mountain to climb.
