Bath Half Marathon 2023

I'm running the Bath Half Marathon in 2023 to raise funds to for Codebar - a charity that strives to create a diverse and accepting global tech community, enabling minority group members to learn software development in a safe and collaborative environment and increase their career opportunities.

As a software developer, and a coach at Codebar events when I'm available, this is a cause close to my heart. I've seen first hand the lack of diversity in the industry and the psychological effects that can have on minority group members. Nobody should feel apart/singled out in the workplace, or feel like they can't join an industry for demographical reasons. Codebar are doing the hard thing of facilitating the diversification of the tech workforce, and so I'd like to do a hard thing to aid them.
