Alex's Running & Reading Challenge for Candy Cane Rescue

Our greyhound Ling Ling was rescued from the meat trade in China by Candy Cane Rescue. He's a beautiful, loving dog, full of life, despite such a cruel and scary start. I love being active and really struggle to sit still, so my challenge will be a combination of these 2 things. I plan to run 7k in one day and read 2 books over the next 5 days (those who know me will appreciate how big a challenge that will be!). All money raised will go directly to Candy Cane Rescue.
