My story
You may or may not have heard of a charity called The Change Foundation. If you haven't, they're brilliant. They change the lives of young people through dance, cricket, rugby, and so many other sports. Have a look for yourself thechangefoundation.org.uk/.
To celebrate their 40 year anniversary, I've agreed to take part in an amazing challenge. It's a 40 kms (25-mile) approximately 6-hour Thames Kayak & Row Challenge and in turn I have agreed to raise money for the Change Foundation. It's going to be extremely challenging so I need all the support I can get!
