Andy's running the London Marathon for Balgowan !

Hi,
Firstly, thank you for clicking on the link and visiting my sponsorship page.
I am looking to raise some much needed funds for my children's, Izzie and Harvey, school and this year I am doing the big one.......the London Marathon on 17th April !!!

I choose to support the school like this as its not only a great challenge for me, but also all monies raised goes direct to Balgowan School.
I managed to raise nearly £1200 last year by running the Bluewater 10k but I am hoping to raise more money as its a much bigger challenge.

My aim is to finish within 4 1/2 hours and not get beaten by the man in the deep sea diving suit. The fear of the clunk of diving boots hot on my heels has had me training since December and, I have been sticking to a training plan which gets me running 2-3 times midweek and then a long run on Saturday morning whilst all of you are in bed having a lie in!
I'm finding lots of new areas around Beckenham, West Wickham, Addington, Bromley, East Croydon... the list goes on!

If you see me out training, give a toot or a wave as it really cheers me up. The training is very hard, monotonous and mentally challenging, and if you manage to make it along to the day then keep an eye out for me!

I hope you can sponsor me and am grateful for whatever you can manage to pledge and donate; it really is a worthwhile cause as the school needs every penny they can get in the current climate.
My Company, Arqiva (arqiva.com) have also been generous enough to match whatever I can raise, up to £500, so this could potentially raise a lot of money for the school.
