Anglesey Heart Heroes
Gemma Williams and Stu Hartless are raising money for Heart Heroes
Our story
We will be walking 9k on Anglesey with our doggie Luna to raise money for Heart Heroes.
Mabon was born with congenital heart disease. He has CCTGA, VSD, sub-pulmonary stenosis and a leaky valve. He has already had 2 open heart surgeries and a stent. It can be a lonely journey but Heart Heroes supports children and their families with hubs and events. We have just started a hub in North Wales to support families here. Please help us raise vital funds for a charity that is very close to us. Thank you
