Anna and Rachel Run Southampton 10k

Rachel and I are going to be taking on a 10k on Dec 11th to raise money for Yellow Door, a Southampton based charity who work to prevent and responded to domestic and sexual abuse.

This is an organised event through the streets of Southampton- our challenge is to do it in under 90mins before the roads re-open! We would love it if you were able to help us support them with any contribution you can.

About Yellow Door:
Their team offer a wide range of specialist therapeutic, support & prevention services to anyone at risk from or affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence/abuse or other forms of interpersonal harm.

The team also support ISVAs (independent sexual violence advisers) who specialise in looking after people who have suffered an unwanted sexual experience, regardless of when the incident happened or characteristics such as age, gender or sexuality.

Their work is vital in helping protect people and to rebuild lives after traumatic events.
