My story
I'm running the HD5K with the AHMM team to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). MND is a progressive, life limiting disease for which there is no cure, and the MNDA supports people and their families living with MND as well as research into treatments and an eventual cure. My dad, who died from MND in 2024, was cared for by an MNDA-funded specialist nurse and supported with communication tools which made a huge difference to him and our family - every donation is very much needed and appreciated. Thank you.
