Astrud Gibson is raising money for Irvine & Troon Cancer Care
My story
I am jogging the Troon 10k this year to raise funds for Irvine and Troon Cancer Care as I found myself needing their support to take me to the Beatson Hospital through the volunteer drivers service.
After being diagnosed with Breast Cancer in August 2014, I underwent surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. I could have choosen many charities but as this is a local charity who I depended on, I now wish to give something back.
