My story
Having rowed the Atlantic and being the oldest lady to row any ocean I am now going to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. I will be 63 ¾ when I attempt this challenge. Please show your support by giving to this charity.
Just to update you, this summer I tore the meniscus in my R knee whilst training, so intense training had to go on the back burner. Psychologically that has been tough as I had to allow it to heal which meant significant rest and reduction in training! I am now trying to catch up without flare Ups!
