My story
I'm joining As You Are in their Swim the Channel group challenge at the end of May. As You Are provides low cost counselling and group work for depression, stress and anxiety for people living in East and West Sussex. It's a fantastic organisation and a good excuse to up my lengths this Spring. Please support me if you can :)
