BEfriend Ealing Half Marathon

I have been privileged to be involved with BEfriend for almost 10 years and was recently honoured to take over as Chair of the Board of Trustees. BEfriend does an incredible job of supporting the vulnerable and lonely across the Borough of Ealing. Our core befriending project supports those who are isolated or housebound and our Linked Minds project supports adults who are isolated because of a diagnosed mental health condition. We know through the work of our amazing volunteers we make a real difference to people's lives.

I am running the Ealing Half Marathon on Sunday 25th September. Over the past year I have managed to do the 5k Park Runs a little more regularly and run in two 10k events but this will be my first half marathon run for over 20 years!! Please support me (I'm going to need it!) and help me raise funds for the amazing work that BEfriend do in Ealing.
