Benidorm or Bust Charity Event

Hi folks, well it’s that time again and we are taking part in Benidorm or Bust in order to raise funds for the Northumbria Blood Bikes. We've bought a banger and with around 70 other teams will drive from Durham down to Benidorm (1500 miles) over 4 days taking part in fun challenges along the way. All costs are covered by the team so every penny goes towards this very important charity to carry out their valuable work supporting the NHS and the Great North Air Ambulance on a daily basis.
Myself and around 200 volunteers give up our spare time to deliver urgent  blood, samples, equipment, patient notes and donated breast milk for premature babies, we also deliver blood to the Air Ambulance every day of the year.
If you could please donate it would make such a big difference to the charity and help us to continue to provide this valuable service as it’s carried out completely free to our local NHS which allows them to divert money to frontline services.
