Channel Swim 2014: Kicking cancers butt

Please join me in fundraising and supporting the Target Ovarian Cancer foundation. My team and I are taking on a very big and scary challenge, swimming the channel from Dover to France. We cannot do it without you and need your support and well wishes. We will be swimming in relay, 1 hour at a time for what we expect to be about 15 hours in length. This could be longer if the tide is choppy or winds strong. We will be swimming in the black of night where we won't be able to see in front of us and among jellyfish that are likely to sting us, but as Dory says in Finding Nemo.......'just keep swimming, just keep swimming'.
As many of you already know, my mother and god mother both passed away from ovarian cancer. This day for me will be in their honour and I hope that together we can kick cancer's big fat ass.
