Bethany's Big Cut

I’m going to have a really big haircut, and it’s not just for a new look – it’s to raise money for the Little Princess Trust. This charity helps children who have lost their hair because they are ill by giving them beautiful wigs made from real hair. The hair is donated by people like me, and then special wig makers carefully clean it, match the colours, and hand-sew it together strand by strand to make it look natural. It can take lots of hours and a lot of hair to make just one wig. These wigs help children feel more confident and happy, even when things are tough. I’m excited because my hair will be used to make a wig, and the money I raise will help the charity make more wigs for other children. I want to help kids like me feel special, loved, and not alone.
