This Sunday I will be taking part in the Seven Bridge Half marathon....i have decided to raise money for a wonderful charity 'Enable, Caerphilly Children's Centre' The Centre provides an excellent service and support to many children and families in our area. Please can all my friends and family help buy making a donation no matter how big or small...thank you xx
