BICA 2024 32 Counties

Dear Family, Friends & Colleagues,
This year to raise funds to support some of most vulnerable in our society, BICA’s  challenge is to complete a 600 mile ride around the 32 counties of Ireland. 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️
Charities included are: 
- Tabor House, who support the homeless by giving them a hand up to live independently
- St. Chad’s Sanctuary,  who offer a warm welcome, hospitality and practical support to refugees and asylum seekers 
- It  Takes Balls to Talk - a campaign which uses sporting themes to encourage young people to talk in a bid to tackle suicide particularly in young men under the age of 45. 
- Safeline: a specialist sexual violence and abuse charity, who provide a comprehensive range of specialist services to adults and children affected by, or at risk of sexual violence.
- Beads of Courage UK: a childhood charity which supports the mental health and wellbeing of children with serious chronic and life-threatening conditions.
- Lung Cancer Research @ The University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire Charity.  
 - BIA Tuesday Club
The Birmingham Irish Association Tuesday Club is a programme which is targeted at Seniors who are at risk of isolation and loneliness.
