Jeromine Shroff is raising money for Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal
Back on the bike for BICA 2026
This year I would like to raise as much as possible for an incredible young mother.
With your support, we can buy Maeve time with her family to build precious memories for her and the families future.
Maeve Fanning is a devoted mother of three from Hall Green who, in 2024, received the devastating diagnosis of incurable stage 4 thymoma—an incredibly rare and aggressive cancer. She was given a prognosis of less than two years, with palliative chemotherapy as her only option.
She is now undergoing private treatment, including hyperthermia, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, curcumin infusions, and light therapy, designed to complement her chemotherapy and help extend both the length and quality of her life.
Other charities include:
Reynolds Cross School - building a sensory unit for children with special needs.
Birmingham Children's Hospital - supporting children with Cystic Fibrosis
UHCW - helping improve the clinical environment for children with learning disabilities and autism
Enterprise Sailing - supporting young disadvantaged people from urban communities in new environments
Thank you for your support.
