My story
Randomly I decided to take part in this cycle event.
I will be cycling 50 miles and have only ever cycled up to 20 miles with lots of mandatory pub stops!
It will be a challenge and now that my knee doesn't let me run why not find a new hobby!!
Please support this charity if you can, this is a charity which I believe we can all relate to especially having come out of Covid where we were in lockdown and some of us felt this loneliness which in turn affected our mental health.
