Blue Dragon TaeKwon-Do Kickathon 2025

The Blue Dragon TKD Kickathon is making a comeback for 2025!

As many of you know, back in 2022, our little boy, Leo, was born very poorly and required a lot of care from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Leighton Hospital. They worked so hard and gave us our incredible little boy, so each year since then we have done the sponsored Kickathon each year to raise money to support the NICU. The money raised goes towards buying specialist equipment for the unit and for supporting parents like ourselves who find themselves in the NICU with their baby.

The Kickathon is no easy challenge! It involves 15 minutes of kicking - 5 minutes of continuous front kicks, 5 minutes of continuous side kicks and 5 minutes of continuous turning kicks! It's one that kills your legs for sure, but leaves you with a great sense of pride and is a good laugh for everyone! It also gets everyone competing against each other and cheering each other on, truly a fun week (even if we do dread it a little bit!)
