benarmour is raising money for Wirral Youth for Christ
My story
Hello, and thank you first of all for even just clicking on my page!
The reason that I'm trying to raise £850 is because I am going to India this summer (2011) to work primarily with children in the slums of Hyderabad. Whilst in India, I will be working helping to teach these kids English, as well as just playing games with them and giving them some fun in their extremely under-priveleged lives. On top of this I will be helping out the full-time volunteers in an 'empowering women' centre, and also I will be visiting the local medical centre and helping out there all I can.
So PLEASE, PLEASE spare some of your money, and instead of buying DVDs or videogames that you may only play once, or an expensive dress you may wear on just one occasion, give it to this great cause.
On behalf of all those young Indian children in the slums, I thank you in advance.
