My story
I will be running my first marathon in April to raise money for DEBRA.
DEBRA is a national charity supporting people living with Epidermolysis Bullosa, also known as ‘Butterfly Skin’. This rare, and extremely painful, genetic skin condition causes the skin to become very fragile and tear or blister at the slightest touch. Currently, there is no cure, and limited treatment, for children suffering with this cruel disease.
Along with supporting families, DEBRA works to fund research into finding treatments and cures.
I aim to raise £1000 to support their cause.
