TLT Bristol is raising money for Avon and Somerset Search and Rescue
My story
Back by popular demand, on Friday 22 July 2016 TLT's Bristol and Manchester offices will be going head to head in a 170 mile bicycle race.
Proceeds in Bristol will be donated to Avon and Somerset Search and Rescue (ASSAR) and Manchester will donate their fundraising efforts to the NSPCC.
The Bristol event has been organised in association with The Gym and the Manchester event has been organised in association with Pure Gym.
Team Bristol - what you need to know
Between 9:00am and 5:00pm there will be two static bikes in the ground floor foyer at 1 Redcliff Street.
Three bikes will be used to cover the 170 miles, with 30 minute slots available on each of these.
Those taking part in the Tour will be required to raise a minimum of £25 to take part. Even if you won't be donning your cycling gear, please get involved and pledge your support by making a donation.
