North Wales Castles 160 mile Charity bike Ride

Elfed Williams is raising money for CONWY AND DENBIGHSHIRE MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY SERVICE LTD
My story
Along with my partner, Tracey, we will be raising money for Conwy and Denbighshire Mental Health Advocacy Service plus Hope House (Ty Gobaith) Children's Hospice.
We will be cycling the 160 miles over a two days the 12th and 13th. We will be cycling from home to Rhuddlan castle then on to Conwy, Caernarfon and then Criccieth Castle. On the second day we will cycle down to Harlech castle before heading for home through Dolgellau and Bala.
