Campbell’s 30mile Charity Bike Ride

Hi, I’m Campbell Creighton. I’m 12 from Newport Pagnell. Last year, I completed  a charity cycling challenge in December 2024, ‘Mk Marathon Bike Ride’, riding 26 miles and raising £2205 for Willen Hospice.

This year, I have set a new challenge. On 28th December, I will be cycling 30 miles around Milton Keynes and I hope to raise a minimum of £3000, splitting the money 50/50 between The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND) & Willen Hospice, by completing my 2nd cycling challenge during the Christmas 2025 holiday!

The sad news is the great rugby legend Lewis Moody being diagnosed with MND and, of course, Ed Slater, and in memory of Rob Burrow & Doddie Weir, inspired me to want to raise money for MND due to my rugby connections. Firstly, the love of the game, both watching my favourite team Northampton Saints and secondly playing at my local club Olney RUFC for the under-13s.

The other equally important charity is the amazing Willen Hospice, a vital local independent palliative hospice in Milton Keynes and in memory of my Grandad.
