Cara's Great North Run

This is my very first half marathon and I am delighted to be supporting this wonderful charity that does so much to support so many deserving children so they can take part in sport.

Their programmes support disadvantaged and disabled young people through sport and recreation building links between communities and encouraging groups to play sport together.

Having supported disabled children in schools, I have witnessed how important this is to children's wellbeing, giving them a chance to participate in sport.
