My story
Welcome to my Give as You Live fundraising page! I am running the 2024 Cardiff and Amsterdam Half Marathons for DEBRA in order to raise as much money as possible. They are a fantastic Charity and I would be so grateful if you could take the time to sponsor me to help the cause and to motivate me in my training!

1km cool down at a conversational pace (or slower!)
